Please remember that all of our helmets are painted using only the highest quality automotive urethanes and each is finished with automotive clear coat. By using these high quality products, we are able to provide a finish very similar to that on your automobile which will last for years and years.

Motorcycle Helmets

• Please provide information on the style of helmet you would like painted. We need to know if it is a full face, open face, etc. as this affects the pricing.
• Also provide any information you have on the design concept or idea. If you have photos, please email them as well.
• Customized motorcycle helmets require a deposit of 50% down plus your helmet. The remainder is due at completion.
• We work on a first come-first serve basis. We will give you a close estimate once your deposit is in the shop.
• We do stock helmets for purchase, but the styles and manufacturers are limited.

Batting Helmets

• We can provide a helmet or you may ship one to us for customization. We paint on new and used helmets and we also accept drop shipments from other suppliers.
• We stock Rawlings helmets. We carry one-size-fits-all helmets, as well as a few sized helmets. Our stock helmets come in black, but we can also paint the base if you prefer some other color.
• Our helmets are predrilled for face masks. We stock facemasks in black.
• We provide team discounts for quantities of 10 or more of the same design. E-mail us for more details.
• Style numbers that begin with HD can be mixed and matched; one on either side along with a name. Most of these are around for $30-40 for the artwork only.
• Style numbers that begin with FHD are $55 and up. Some can have HD designs added and some can not.
• Style numbers that begin with ABD start at $55.
• Custom created designs are also available. These custom designs typically start at $75 or more. Email us with the specifics for a quote.

Catcher's masks

• Catcher's masks start as low as $110 with most in the range of $140-$175.
• Custom designs are available. Please email logos or concepts when requesting prices.
• We now stock Rawlings masks which are sold at wholesale prices when combined with artwork. Contact us for the styles and sizes available.

Other helmets

Email us with the type of helmet (welding hoods, hard hats, fire fighter helmets, bicycle, etc.) and any other design ideas or photos and we will provide you with a quote within 48 hours.

Payment in full is expected prior to delivery of the final product. Shipping is not included in the artwork quote. We ship using a variety of carriers and would be happy to use the carrier of your choice. We accept personal checks, money orders, credit and debit cards as well as Paypal.

If we provide you with a quote and then something happens to make the project larger and more complex than expected, no worries. We will stick to the quoted price and you do not need to fear rising prices. We will absorb any unexpected expenses associated with miscalculations on our part. This is with the understanding that the design work does not change from the time of the job quote.

AirbrushGuy & Company is confident that you will be very satisfied with the quality craftsmanship of all of our products. We do not stock pre-painted merchandise and each product is custom painted to order. Consequently, we accept returns ONLY if merchandise is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. We will then replace your purchase or refund your money on any products within five business days of your receipt and personal inspection providing the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging and box.

Please note that each of our items is hand painted using the airbrush as our tool of choice. Because of this tool and technique, minor color variations, texture changes and characteristics may be seen. This is not a material defect, but rather evidence that you have purchased a real, handcrafted product.

Postage and shipping costs of your purchase are non refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Due to the custom nature of our work, there will be a 15% service charge and restocking fee on all returned items. Any items that we have had to special order for your project are non-refundable.

In the event that damage occurs while in transit, please notify us immediately. Insurance claims often require certain criteria be met before a claim can be made.

Important ordering information:
When ordering repeat designs, it is suggested you order all of the items at the same time to be assured of an exact color match. Often, a customer will request additional items months later and upon receiving the new product find that they are not exactly like those ordered previously. Due to the artistic nature of our work, we do not keep design specifics on file in case it is ordered again. Therefore if you need additional products at a later date, it is suggested that you send your original product to AirbrushGuy & Company for an example while the new orders are produced.
